Service Description

Clause 1 - Scope Defines the scope of ISO 9001:2015 as applicable to any organization seeking to ensure consistent quality of products and services. Focuses on meeting customer expectations and regulatory requirements through a structured quality management system (QMS). Clause 2 - Normative References References ISO 9000:2015 (Quality Management Systems – Fundamentals and Vocabulary) for definitions and terminology used in ISO 9001:2015. Serves as a guide to ensure proper understanding and implementation of the standard. Clause 3 - Terms and Definitions Provides key definitions such as "Quality Management System", "Nonconformity", and "Corrective Action" to ensure common understanding across all stakeholders. Clause 4: Context of the Organization Identifies the external and internal context of the organization. Recognizes the needs and expectations of interested parties and determines the scope of the QMS in alignment with the organization’s strategic direction. Clause 5: Leadership Focuses on the role of top management in ensuring the QMS is effective. Requires leadership commitment, including establishing a quality policy, setting quality objectives, and aligning them with organizational goals. Clause 6: Planning Emphasizes risk-based thinking to address risks and opportunities impacting quality objectives. Ensures the QMS is planned to align with organizational strategies and customer requirements, including the need for continuous improvements. Clause 7: Support Identifies the resources required for the QMS, including human resources, infrastructure, and documentation. Emphasizes competence, awareness, and effective communication to support the QMS and maintain proper documentation control. Clause 8: Operation Focuses on operational planning and control to ensure products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements. Highlights the importance of process management, risk monitoring, and clear communication of product/service requirements. Clause 9: Performance Evaluation Requires organizations to monitor, measure, analyze, and evaluate the performance of the QMS. Includes the need for internal audits, customer satisfaction evaluation, and continuous performance monitoring to improve the QMS. Clause 10: Improvement Focuses on continuous improvement through corrective actions, addressing nonconformities, and taking preventive actions. Encourages organizations to foster a culture of improvement.


Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 10 January 2025 1. Course Enrollment Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified. 2. Payments Course fees must be paid in full before the start date unless agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or online payment gateways. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 working days before the course start date. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 7–13 working days prior to the start date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 working days before the course or for no-shows. 4. Course Modifications The provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be offered alternative dates only in such cases. 5. Certification Certificates will be issued only to participants who complete the course and meet all assessment criteria. 6. Intellectual Property Training materials are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited. 7. Liability The provider is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by reliance on course materials or technical disruptions. 8. Privacy Policy Personal data collected during registration will only be used for course administration and legal or operational requirements.
